He believes in the institution of arranged marriage, prefers to listen to old classics of Md Rafi, respects elders and has a great sense of belonging to motherland. He comes to India to find a bride and chances upon Tanuja (kangna). It is love at first sight for Manoj but unlike his perception of an ideal Indian girl, Tanuja is quite the opposite. She doesn’t hesitate to use foul language, smokes, drinks, has boyfriends and is very gutsy. Above all, she hates arranged marriage. Will Manoj’s marriage happen with Tanuja? How will it shape up? all this forms the rest of the story.
