Sam is an efficient police officer who worked as an encounter specialist but the murder of his wife and daughter by a bad guy disturbs him. The story takes a turn when Sam’s mother approaches him and asks him to trace out a serial killer. He takes it as a challenge and has his own way to resolving the case.
